pgok Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

These terms govern your use of pgok. They cover account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game rules, and your responsibilities as a player. Please read them before you start playing.

Account Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to register on pgok. One account per person is allowed. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pgok accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad with a minimum of ৳100. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to the same payment method used for deposit. All transactions are in BDT.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses on pgok come with wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Attempting to abuse bonus offers will result in cancellation.

Fair Play Rules

pgok uses certified RNG technology across all applicable games. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting tools is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your pgok login credentials secure. pgok will never ask for your password. Any activity on your account before you report a security breach is your responsibility.

Responsible Gaming

By registering an account or using any part of the pgok platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use pgok.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and pgok ("pgok", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing pgok at pgok.io, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services offered on pgok, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and any promotional offers. If any part of these Terms conflicts with a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

pgok reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify players of material changes via the platform or registered email address.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pgok, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pgok employee.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pgok.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. pgok may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

pgok operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your pgok account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or access another player's account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date. If your contact information changes, you must update your account promptly. pgok is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated account information.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pgok support immediately. pgok will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred before the breach was reported.

pgok accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits

pgok accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash and Nagad. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though pgok reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion.

Deposits are credited to your pgok wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact pgok support with your transaction reference number.

  • All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted.
  • pgok does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your pgok wallet.

pgok reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit. Failure to provide this proof may result in the deposit being held pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from pgok are processed to bKash or Nagad, matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. pgok targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for all withdrawals, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before your first withdrawal, pgok may require identity verification. This is a standard process and is in place to protect your account. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and confirmation of your payment account ownership. Withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
  • pgok does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside pgok's control.
  • pgok reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours if additional verification is required due to unusual account activity.
  • Withdrawals requested during a system maintenance window may be delayed until the maintenance period ends.

If a withdrawal fails due to an issue with your payment account, the funds will be returned to your pgok wallet and you will be notified. Contact support to resolve the issue and resubmit the withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pgok offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general bonus terms.

  • Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, not real money. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
  • Only bets placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. Games excluded from wagering contribution are listed in each promotion's terms.
  • pgok reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it suspects the offer is being abused, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method designed to exploit the promotion.
  • A player may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a second welcome bonus before completing the first is not permitted.

pgok's promotional offers are intended for recreational players. Players who consistently demonstrate bonus-seeking behaviour without genuine recreational play may have their bonus eligibility restricted. This determination is made at pgok's sole discretion.

7 Gameplay & Fair Play

pgok is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All games on pgok that use a random number generator (RNG) are certified and regularly audited. For applicable games, pgok publishes server seed hashes before each round so players can independently verify outcomes after the fact.

Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical error during a game round — such as a disconnection or server fault — pgok will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's wallet.

  • Bets placed after a game round has closed are void.
  • Winnings resulting from a software error or misconfigured game will be voided. pgok is not liable for paying out winnings that resulted from a technical fault.
  • Players must not use any software, script, or tool that automates betting decisions or interacts with the platform in a way not intended by pgok.
  • Collusion between players in any game — including live dealer games — is prohibited.

pgok monitors gameplay patterns for signs of unfair play. Accounts found to be engaging in prohibited gameplay behaviour will be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings generated through prohibited means will be forfeited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pgok. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one account on pgok.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
  • Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
  • Attempting to launder money or use pgok for any illegal financial activity.
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing pgok staff or other players.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
  • Circumventing any self-exclusion or account restriction applied to your account.

pgok cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Any account suspected of illegal activity will be frozen immediately and all relevant information shared with the appropriate authorities.

9 Privacy & Data

pgok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on pgok, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pgok uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. pgok does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers strictly for the purpose of operating your account.

You have the right to request access to the personal data pgok holds about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact pgok support at [email protected].

10 Responsible Gaming

pgok takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. These tools are available directly from your account settings at any time.

If you feel that your gaming is becoming a problem, pgok encourages you to use these tools proactively. You can also contact pgok support to have restrictions applied to your account immediately — no waiting period applies to self-exclusion requests.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

pgok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
  • Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
  • At the player's own request.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

Inactive accounts with a balance may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month after 12 months of no login activity. pgok will notify you by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

12 Limitation of Liability

pgok provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While pgok makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pgok's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. pgok is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of winnings due to technical faults outside pgok's reasonable control.

pgok is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials, use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or reliance on information provided by third parties.

13 Changes to These Terms

pgok may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — pgok will provide at least 7 days' notice via the platform or registered email before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of pgok after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using pgok and request account closure before the changes take effect.
